My 2022 Goals | Sharing These to Hold Me Accountable

Hi Everyone,


Gosh, time flies. The year 2021 is over, and 2022 is here. Another year has come and gone!


For those of you who have been here since last year, I really appreciate your support! 


It’s the time of the year again for some much-needed reflection and introspection to set the right tone for the new year!


I have been busy coming up with my goals for 2022, and I wanted to share the biggest ones with you. 


The first goal I have for 2022 is launching my Beginner Body Fitness Log!


For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about haven't followed me on IG lol, I'll link my IG for you if you're not on there yet. Regardless, this fitness log is a book where I provide you with an 8 week guided workout program! With this book you'll get a scheduled 8 week program that you will work through with me. You will also have space to track your progress, and see your body change by using weekly photos & meal tracking. I've been working on this book last year & we're launching this month!! I will continue to update you on social media & emails. After launching the Beginner Body book, we will soon launch the Intermediate & Advanced so look out for the emails, updates and launches.


The second goal I have for 2022 is Launching the Body By Carabella Podcast!


Last year I secured the Podcast name, Body By Carabella but I haven't started releasing episodes yet. I wanted to give more love to YouTube & work on building my audience there. So, this year as I continue to build on YouTube & while I continue study health & fitness, I want to share with you my research, findings, ideas, reads, recipes, book summaries & more. I will release info as I build my pilot & get ready to release the 1st episode. More info on the release date soon loves!


The third goal I have for 2022 is creating more content on my website, TikTok & IG.


Last year I made lots of content for IG & even TikTok. Blogs were coming along as well till around April, then things started to slow down. I stopped writing blogs, and stopped posting on TikTok. In my mind I thought, well they're not getting as much love so why don't I focus more on what is getting love. Truth is, I never gave it enough time to see the love. So, this year i'm picking up where i left off & I will be releasing monthly blogs & daily TikToks! For IG, I want to make more reels of workout videos, recipes, dos & don't, hauls & more.


There’s nothing like sharing your goals with a list of 5 virtual friends to make sure I stay accountable and actually work towards completing my goals!

My #1 goal is exercising my exciting manifestation muscles being absolutely covered in God’s favor.

The year of many dreams coming true on 2022!

So to leave make room for more to explore!

Cant wait for your fitness log!! My #1 goal for this year is to get in shape and get my health and body right! Doing this through healthy eating, self care, and doing your videos(obvi) lol! Keep killing it <3
